Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, December 1, 2025 – February 26, 2026:

  • Monday Power Hour (Hurdlers, Jumpers, Middle Distance)
    • 6:15 – 7:15 PM: 7-12 year olds
    • 7:15 – 8:15 PM: 13-18 year olds
  • Tuesday (Middle Distance)
    • 5 – 6 PM: 7-12 year olds
    • 6 – 7 PM: 13-18 year olds
  • Wednesday (Hurdlers Only)
    • 4:45 – 5:45 PM: Beginners
    • 5:30 – 6:45 PM: Advanced
