Coach JT's journey in track and field began over 40 years ago when he laced up his spikes for local track meets. A proud alumnus of Shawnee Mission South, where he excelled in track, football, swimming, and basketball, Coach JT understands the transformative power of track in enhancing athletic performance across various disciplines. As a Raider, he embraced the ethos of "Nothing Greater than a Raider."
Taking his talent to the next level, Coach JT became an All-American athlete at Butler County Community College before further honing his skills at the University of Kansas. His athletic journey culminated in a successful football career at Washburn University.
Today, Coach JT is not only a seasoned athlete and coach but also a proud father of four. His love for track and field extends beyond personal accomplishments, driving him to establish and lead Hot Feet Track Club. Since its inception in 2010, the club has become a symbol of success, training athletes of all ages and skill levels to reach their full potential.
Coach JT envisions taking the Hot Feet brand to the national level, providing athletes with unparalleled training and exposure. Coach Kristi
Kristi joined Hot Feet in 2021 and coaches distance runners at the Piper location. Kristi's love for running started with her first national meet at 7 years old. Running both AAU and USATF for the Manhattan Track Club, Kansas Flyers, and Brocaw Blazers where she earned All American in 800, 1600, 3000, and 4x800 relay.
Kristi continued her track and cross country career at Wichita State University where she graduated with BS in Physician Assistant Studies and currently practices as an Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant in Kansas City.
She has four children. Her and her family love to travel and go on runs just for fun.

Coach Beau
PAST:
Beau Bragg grew up in Haysville, KS (just south of Wichita) where he was a multi-sport athlete at Campus High School from 1995-1999. In track and field he was a 100m and 200m sprinter and was the lead leg on the 4x100m relay team. Beau made the school's All-Time Top 5 Fastest list in the 100m his senior year. After high school he attended Friends University for a year on a Football and Track & Field scholarship before an injury sidelined him mid-track season which ended his competitive endeavors. He received his teaching degree from Wichita State University.
PRESENT:
Coach Bragg is currently the K-5 Elementary Physical Education teacher at Bonner Springs Elementary (since 2004). In 2009 he became the Head Girls Track & Field Coach at Clark Middle School in Bonner Springs and held this position through 2013. He re-assumed this role in 2020. Sprints, relays, and sprint hurdles are his specialty. He has coached league champions in the 75m hurdles, 100m, 200m, 400m, 4x100m relay, and the 4x400m relay.
Coach Bragg has earned a number of teaching awards including 2015 Kansas Teacher of the Year Finalist and 2016 National P.E. Teacher of the Year Finalist.
COACHING PHILOSOPHY:
You must learn to compete with yourself before competing with others. Developing a winning mindset within yourself is a huge step toward personal achievement. Coach Bragg focuses on the athlete's progression and celebrates those small wins that lead to bigger wins down the road. Coach Bragg analyzes the athlete, determines training, then reassesses based on progress.
Coach Bragg is married to his wonderful wife Michelle and they have three boys...and a couple of cats.
