Outdoor (May-July) seasons. We will train 2 days a week (tbd, but typically Tues & Weds) Ages 7-12 (6-7pm) and ages (13-18) 7-8:10pm. We will host some optional off day workouts as well (Typically on Thursday's mornings). We will also include yoga sessions, nutritional info and recruiting seminar. For more info (click here)

Personal training sessions ($40-$50 per), as well as a our beginners program "WARM FEET" (info coming soon) for ages 4-6 (4 day camp style) and 1 day clinics
